Unified Counseling & Mediation provides pro se (no attorney) and attorney assistant family mediation services to facilitate the resolution of marital/separation issues in a healthy, safe, and impartial environment. Mediation is a process whereby a neutral and impartial third person acts to facilitate the resolution of martial/family issues. It is a helpful, informal and non-adversarial process intended to help parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement.

Dr. Cassaundra Wimes is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator who meets with both parties to resolve differences related to distribution of assets, liabilities, parenting schedules, etc. to ease this life transition. Mediation is a key component of the divorce process and a requirement in the State of Florida prior to a trial.
